Greg is a TEACH Trust member. He has lived in Poole since early childhood and attended Poole schools for all of his education. He is a software developer by profession, and after many years working both in the UK and abroad is now Technical Director of an IT company whose head office is on the Nuffield Industrial Estate. Greg has been involved in school governance since 2007, as a governor at Ad Astra Infant School (serving for a year as chair in 2009) and later as a governor at Ashdown/Magna, and Old Town Infant School. Greg has lived on Canford Heath since 1995, is married and has two adult daughters who both went through the TEACH schools and later Magna Academy.

Andrew is a TEACH Trust member. He moved to Poole in 1995 having studied Business Studies at Bournemouth University. He is a qualified accountant, having spent the early part of his career training in Practice. He has held a number of senior leadership roles in Finance, across the Financial Services and Telecommunications industries. Andrew is currently employed by the Life Assurance Company ‘Reassure Life Limited’, who are based in Telford.

Andrew held the role of Finance Chair of Governors at Ad Astra Infant School for a total of four years between 2007 and 2011.

He is the current Treasurer of Pinocchio’s Pre-School, which is based in Branksome

Andrew lives on Canford Heath, he is married and has three sons who have all attended Ad Astra Infant School and Haymoor Middle School. All three sons are now working or in Further / Higher Education.

Sandra is both a TEACH Trust member and a Trustee.  She became a governor at Canford Heath Junior School in 2000; she later joined governors at Canford Heath Infant School and continued as a governor following the merger of the two schools into a Federation.  She was born in Bournemouth, has lived in Poole for over 40 years and in Canford Heath for over 20 years.  Sandra is a local councillor and represents Canford Heath on BCP Council.  She is married with one son and two young grandsons who both attend schools in Poole.  Sandra supports the Teach Trust because she believes it will enable local families to access the best possible education for their children.

David Pawling moved to Canford Heath in 1997 from Kent and has two daughters, who both attended schools within the TEACH trust. When his eldest daughter started at Haymoor Junior School, David joined the Parents Association becoming its chair and then later became a governor of the school. Prior to Haymoor Junior School becoming part of the TEACH trust, David was the Chair of Governors and became one of the Members of the TEACH trust as well as a Trustee.

Julia is a TEACH Trust Member. She moved to Poole in 2001 and lives in Canford Heath with her husband and two children who both attended Ad Astra Infant School and Haymoor Middle School.

After studying Management Science at Warwick University, Julia was employed in marketing and event management before re-training and achieving Qualified Teacher Status. She has been involved in adult education and family learning for over 20 years and is currently Assistant Curriculum Manager at Skills & Learning Adult Community Education, with a particular focus on English.
